 Service Modifications & Billing

• Eligible Rides: This policy applies to all scheduled one-way and round-trip reservations.
• Unannounced Changes: Due to scheduling, capacity, or bad weather, your ride may switch to a shuttle service without prior notice.
• Your Bill: If your ride converts to a shuttle, you are responsible for the cost of that shuttle service.
• Distance Terms: Full charges apply regardless of the total travel distance.

🤝 Terms of Agreement

Booking a reservation through our team constitutes your official acceptance of this conversion billing policy.

For your convenience, we are pleased to offer the first child seat at no additional charge when you book the best private transportation in Orlando. 

• Additional child seat is available for a fee of $10.00. 
• We can accommodate a maximum of two child seats in total. 

• Cancellations to your reservation must be made over the phone at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid a full charge. 

• Please call us directly at 407-600-2758 (No TEXT) to process these updates .

Cancellations made after this 48-hour deadline will regrettably incur a full charge. 

Should you fail to show up at your pre-scheduled pick-up time, NAIRN TRANSPORTATION LLC. reserves the right to charge you a FULL ONE-WAY FARE.

If you do not see your driver upon arrival at the airport, please call us immediately at 407-600-2758. 

To keep a timely schedule, NAIRN Transportation,  implements a grace period for airport and cruise port arrivals. Please note that wait time and additional airport parking fees will apply for delays that exceed:

Domestic Flights: A 30-minute grace period after your flight's touchdown.

International Flights: A 60-minute grace period after your flight's touchdown.

These fees are also applicable if delays occur due to baggage claims or other baggage service issues. 

NO FOOD, DRINK, OR SMOKING POLICY

To ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers  there is no eating, drinking, or smoking allowed in our vehicles. 

BACKPACKS & LUGGAGE POLICY

All backpacks and luggage must be placed in the trunk of our vehicles. 

DAMAGE POLICY

We appreciate your assistance in maintaining our vehicles in excellent condition for everyone. Please note that passengers will be responsible for any damage fees incurred during their ride. These fees apply to cleaning or repairs for damages caused by you or members of your family/party.

• Moderate damages, including significant spills of food/drinks or the presence of biowaste/bodily fluids within the vehicle.

• Major physical damages affecting fixtures, seatbelts, or any interior or exterior components.

PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY

We cannot be responsible for items left behind.

If a driver locates your lost item and is available to return it to you, a delivery fee will apply. You must pay a standard One Way Fare in advance before the item is returned. This policy also applies to our Port Canaveral cruise terminal private car service.
